Process automation
Emails, spreadsheets, CRM and ERP start talking to each other. Documents and reports write themselves.
automation · AI · integrations
We connect your systems, add AI, and the hours spent retyping, replying and double-checking disappear. You run the business. The rest runs itself.
What we do
We start with the thing that annoys you most. Once it works, we take the next one.
Emails, spreadsheets, CRM and ERP start talking to each other. Documents and reports write themselves.
We check where AI will actually pay off, then roll it out without experimenting on your live business.
They answer your customers and your team at night, at the weekend and on holidays. Based on your own knowledge.
Ad creatives, product shots and social posts in your style. Today, not in three weeks.
Ads, product videos and voice-over without a film crew or a TV-sized budget.
Fast websites, landing pages and customer portals that simply work and look good on a phone.
Shop, ERP, warehouse and accounting stop arguing over data. You type it once.
Scrapers, reports, bots. Small programs that give you back an hour or three a day.
Spare parts, prototypes and short runs from two Anycubic Kobra S1 printers. I can model the part from a sketch or dimensions. Price on request.
Looking for a buyer abroad or a supplier in Poland? I find them, vet them and run the talks all the way to a contract. You pay on results.
Watch it live
Scroll down and the automation will run through its steps one by one. Scroll back up to rewind.
A customer clicks in the shop or sends an email. A webhook catches it within half a second.
VAT ID against the register, the address, whether it's a duplicate. If something looks off, it sets the order aside for a human.
Line items, prices and stock levels go straight into Comarch, SAP or Subiekt. Nobody retypes anything.
PDF, email, text message. The document lands in the right folder, no searching needed.
A short note on Teams or Slack with a link. Exceptions wait for a single click in the morning.
That's how long it took by hand, and that's what's left after automation. At 10 orders a day that's roughly 20 hours a week.
Where it works
Real-life examples. Your process probably looks a little different, the principle is the same.
A quote in fifteen minutes, not after lunch. The lead drops into the CRM by itself.
The customer gets an answer right away. Only what the bot can't handle reaches you.
Invoices posted the same day. The automation chases overdue payments, not you.
Stock levels in the shop and the ERP always match. Labels and notifications go out on their own.
A month of content in a couple of days. On brand, in several languages.
A new hire has accounts, access and a contract on day one. No endless email loops.
Free
A list covering six areas of a business. For each one: what hurts, how we fix it, which tools, and how long it takes. Grab it, flip through it over coffee, tick off yours.

Integrations
We don't swap out your software. We connect what you have, with automation and AI working in the middle.

Case studies
Three real projects. On the left, a working day before the automation; on the right, after it.
AI reads every email, recognises orders, questions, invoices and spam, pulls out the tasks and routes them on right away. Urgent matters land on the owner's WhatsApp before anyone opens the inbox.
Messages used to come in after hours and wait until morning. Now AI answers questions about order status, availability and price straight away, and sorts the trickier ones for the team with a ready-made summary.
Email, WhatsApp, phone, shop and web form all flow into a single AI agent. The agent turns them into a task list, pushes orders into the ERP, sends mailings to customers and reports every week on which campaign worked.
Indicative figures from real projects. For your business we'll work them out together.
Calculator
Take one repetitive process and do the maths. Most companies are stunned the first time they add it up.
Configurator
You click what should happen. We draw the diagram and show you a price range. No strings attached.
Net price range in PLN. We'll work out the exact price and the savings after a call.
Pricing
Indicative "from" prices, net of VAT, in Polish zloty (PLN). With every quote you get a second number next to it: how much you'll save.
One automation that gives you something back right away.
A set of automations plus system integration.
Your automations run, we keep watch and add more.
3D printing and modelling
Two enclosed Anycubic Kobra S1 printers and 3D modelling in house. Prototypes, spare parts, short runs, branded gadgets. Quotes on request, usually the same day.
PLA for models and gadgets, PETG for working parts, TPU for flexible ones, ABS and ASA for parts that live in the sun or in heat. The enclosed chamber keeps the temperature steady, so ABS does not crack.
I model in 3D from a sketch, a photo with dimensions or the broken part you send me. You get STEP and STL files, so the model stays yours and you can print it anywhere.
Send a file or a sketch A quote within 24 hours. No minimum order.
How we work
No six-month projects. A first result quickly, then we add the next one.
We pick the process that hurts the most.
